Hey! My name is Ellen. I am a private chef for the brides & bachelorette ladies of Charleston!
After bartending my way through a Public Relations degree, I realized my true passions were in hospitality. I pivoted to culinary school, and the rest is history!
I am classically French trained by the Culinary Institute of America. I also have a love for Asian cuisine and get inspired by local and seasonal ingredients wherever I am.
I have experience working in fine dining, pubs, bistros, country clubs, beach bars, you name it. These different environments all have something special about them and are reflected in my style of cooking.

Since graduating, I have studied wine in Napa, California, worked in Montauk serving a french farm-to-table menu, and managed a wine & craft cocktail program in New York. After moving to Charleston, I’ve been lucky to learn about local ingredients and distributors at a notable seafood & oyster hall in the heart of the city.
I believe that food, wine, & cocktails should be seriously good but not pretentious- eating should be fun! I like cooking classic and comforting dishes while elevating them to a fun and lively experience for everyone. I combine my love for hospitality and my passion for cooking to make a memorable experience for all of the brides who come my way. Let's party!
